VISA Application

Obtaining a Visa Letter from HVAC-R EGYPT EXPO:

In order to be issued a visa letter, please send an email to info@hvacregypt.com , Subject: “Request for Visa letter – HVACR EGYPT EXPO 2026” with the below documents:

    1. The registration confirmation email that you have received upon completing your registration.
    2. An official letter signed and stamped by your company with your name and title delegating you to visit HVACR EGYPT EXPO 2026.
    3. Copy of your valid passport.
